Common questions

What is ROC annual filing?

Every company files its financial statements and an annual return with the Registrar of Companies each year, usually in forms AOC-4 and MGT-7. Late filing attracts an additional fee for every day of delay.

What happens if annual returns are not filed?

Late fees build up daily, and continued non-filing can lead to directors being disqualified. We keep every due date on your calendar so it does not get that far.

Do you handle a company that missed earlier filings?

Yes. We work out what is pending, prepare the missing filings and bring the company up to date.

Is ROC compliance different for a small company or a startup?

Small companies and startups file the same core forms, with a shorter annual return in MGT-7A for small companies and one person companies. The due dates still run from the annual general meeting.
