The operating model
From company context to work ready for review.
LanceIQ does the recurring preparation work through a shared platform and delivery process. You can see the evidence, the next action and where professional review is required.
- 01
Establish the company record
Create an account and provide your CIN, GST registrations and filing cadence. Company facts and available registry observations help organise the obligations that need attention. Missing facts are requested rather than assumed.
- 02
Agree the engagement
Confirm the supported entity, starting scope, client contact and responsible professional. Bookkeeping, migration and professional work are scoped in the engagement so responsibilities and charges are understood before work begins.
- 03
Prepare Books onboarding
For a Books engagement, supply the current ledger, opening balances, outstanding invoices and relevant bank statements. Your existing ledger stays authoritative until reconciliation, staff review and an explicit cutover are accepted.
- 04
Monitor, investigate and prepare
Scheduled registry checks and the records you supply feed the company view. Software and the delivery team organise exceptions, investigate missing evidence and prepare the next action. Lancy helps explain the available context.
- 05
Review and approve
The client supplies missing records and approves work where required. An appropriately authorised professional reviews judgment calls, makes corrections and performs required certifications, signatures and filings within the agreed scope.
- 06
Retain proof and verify
Acknowledgements, receipts and supporting records are retained with the matter. Available registry evidence is checked separately; a prepared document or a self-reported filing is not treated as independent verification.
What you provide
- Company and registration details, with your current filing cadence.
- Accurate transaction records, bank statements, source documents and explanations for exceptions.
- A designated client contact, timely approvals and details of the responsible professional.
LanceIQ can organise and prepare work only from the records and access available. Professional judgment and client authorisation remain necessary.
What you can use today
Private-company MCA and GST monitoring and evidence organisation are the starting public capabilities. Books uses staff-assisted onboarding with reconciliation and cutover checks.
Statutory posting, return outputs and filing workflows require readiness and approval checks. Availability is confirmed for each engagement; a feature illustration does not promise access to every accounting or tax workflow.
