By accessing or using LanceIQ, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you use LanceIQ for a company or other organization, you confirm that you are authorized to bind that organization.
LanceIQ helps businesses run trust checks on Indian businesses using identifiers such as CINs and GSTINs. Reports may combine public registry information, authorized verification data, court-record search results, filing signals, charges, and other business-risk indicators into a trust score and supporting explanation.
LanceIQ is a decision-support tool. It is not legal, financial, credit-rating, underwriting, or investment advice. You remain responsible for your own onboarding, credit, vendor, and compliance decisions.
You must use LanceIQ only for lawful business purposes and only where you have a legitimate reason to verify the business or person involved. You are responsible for the identifiers you submit, the accuracy of your account information, and the decisions you make using reports.
You must keep account credentials secure, restrict workspace access to authorized users, and promptly tell us about suspected misuse.
You may not use LanceIQ for unlawful surveillance, harassment, stalking, discrimination, resale of reports, unauthorized profiling, scraping, bulk extraction, reverse engineering, security testing without permission, or any activity that interferes with the platform or violates third-party rights.
Reports may rely on government registries, public records, court-search services, and verification providers. We work to present the data clearly and promptly, but source data may be delayed, incomplete, unavailable, or incorrect. We do not guarantee that a report is complete, current, or free from source-level errors.
Indian Kanoon court-search results are provided through Indian Kanoon and displayed with attribution where required.
LanceIQ does not represent that it provides CIBIL commercial bureau reports or any regulator-gated credit bureau product unless expressly stated in a signed agreement. If a workflow requires consent-bound or regulated data, you must obtain and maintain all required permissions and comply with applicable law.
Paid plans, usage limits, free trials, overages, and taxes will be described in your order, invoice, or product plan. We may apply rate limits or suspend excessive or abusive usage. Vendor services and public registries may be unavailable from time to time, and reports may degrade gracefully when a source cannot be reached.
Reports generated in your workspace are for your internal business use unless we agree otherwise. You should not publish, resell, or share reports in a way that is unlawful, misleading, or outside the purpose for which the report was generated.
LanceIQ, the platform, software, design, scoring logic, and related materials belong to us or our licensors. You retain ownership of information you submit, but grant us the rights needed to operate the service, generate reports, maintain records, and improve reliability.
We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms, create security risk, fail to pay fees, misuse data, or if required by law. You may stop using LanceIQ at any time and may request workspace closure.
LanceIQ is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or lost-profit damages, or for errors originating in third-party or public sources.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Kolkata, West Bengal will have jurisdiction, unless a signed agreement states otherwise.

These terms are the public product terms. A signed order form or enterprise agreement may include additional or different terms.
