Common questions
Does every private limited company need an audit?
Yes. Every company registered under the Companies Act has its financial statements audited every year, whatever its size or turnover.
What do you prepare for the audit?
Closed books, financial statements, schedules for every major balance, reconciliations and the supporting documents behind them.
When should audit preparation start?
Right after 31 March. Because your books are closed every month, the year end close is short and the audit can usually finish well before the annual general meeting.
Do you handle the tax audit as well?
Yes. When your turnover needs a tax audit, the same closed books and schedules support it, and we coordinate it alongside the statutory audit.
