Company monitoring uses available MCA and GST information and licensed verification services. Other source evidence is used where relevant to the agreed preparation and review work. Accounting context comes from Books, authorised connectors and documents supplied by the client.

Coverage and freshness vary by source. A missing record is not proof that a filing was missed, and a court-search match requires careful identity and professional assessment. Government registries remain authoritative for their recorded statutory status.

Sign-in is managed through Clerk. Application access is scoped to authorised workspace users, and Books requests are anchored to the assigned accounting company. Sensitive records are available only within the authorised service and review context.

Connector credentials are encrypted at rest. Transport uses HTTPS, and operational access follows least-privilege practices. Clients should protect sign-in accounts, keep membership current and report suspected access problems promptly.

Google’s Gemini services support document extraction, investigation, explanations and draft preparation. Relevant documents and context may be processed by these services as part of providing the requested workflow.

AI can make mistakes. Source evidence, accounting calculations and professional assessment remain essential. AI-generated text is not an approval, a signature or evidence that a filing has been completed.

The application runs on Vercel. The application database and accounting engine run on AWS in Mumbai; document storage uses Cloudflare R2. Google Cloud supports AI and workers, and Clerk supports authentication. Other necessary providers support billing, email and source acquisition.

These placements do not establish end-to-end India-only processing. External providers may process information in other locations. If you require particular residency, separation or contractual controls, contact us before sharing data or starting an engagement.

Account records, accounting evidence, reports and audit history are retained as needed for the service, applicable obligations and contractual purposes. Access, correction, export and deletion requests are handled subject to legal retention and security requirements.
